What are you most looking forward to, in your role this year?

I am privileged to be a member of the Leadership team that shares my ambition of making significant contributions through innovative practice. This year I am looking forward to working in the Community Team and with the Heads of House. I'm also looking forward to all the challenges of coordinating the timetable.

Professional passion, or educational philosophy:

My aim is to ensure students have a positive, safe and pleasant learning environment, so that all individuals can achieve their full potential. It is essential for the maintenance of educational equity that students develop a tolerance and understanding of others. By developing confidence, they will develop understanding and skills and will be able to respond to challenges now and in the future.

What is a fun fact about you?

I enjoy reading, socialising with friends and my favourite food is Thai.

Key responsibilities of your Role:

The Dean of Campus deals with College events, extra-curricular offerings and timetabling, overseeing the Head of Sport and Heads of House.
