Secondary Academic Assembly

This morning, the 2022 Year 12 students were welcomed back to the College for the Academic Assembly, joining Years 7 to 12 students in celebrating the outstanding Semester 2, 2022 results.

The Alumni Academic Award was given to the student who in 2022, achieved the highest ATAR Score at Mandurah Catholic College. William Lambert achieved an ATAR score of 98.10 which is greater than 98.10% of all 2022 Year 12 students in Australia. William was also inducted into the MCC 97 Club, so achieving an ATAR over 97.

Emma Eastwell was acknowledged for receiving a VET Certificate of Excellence for her course 'Tourism, Hospitality and Events’, as the top CEWA student in the State. Emma was the number one student in her course in Western Australia and the audience of students were lucky to have Emma address them, talking about how she achieved this.

William Lambert and Dillon Teo were celebrated for completing their Years 11 and 12 courses with distinction. These students completed some of the hardest courses in Years 11 and 12 and achieved grades of 'A' in most of their subjects.

Year 12 graduates with ATAR results over 90, ATAR examination marks over 90 and achieving mostly A and B grades for their Years 11 and 12 subjects were celebrated, along with high achievers from all year levels in 2022.
