How this looks at Mandurah Catholic College:

  • Stringent Employment processes adhered to:
    – Employment Interviews/Referee checks etc.
    – WWCC and TRBWA Registers maintained.
    – MyHR monitored to ensure essential training completed ie, Mandatory Reporting.

  • Staff Induction Process includes Staff Code of Conduct, Staff Expectations, Professional Development regarding Child Safe Framework.

  • Staff Induction Process reviewed annually.

  • Ongoing Appraisals for Promotional Staff.

  • Educator Impact Professional Growth Program.

  • Performance Management.

  • CEWA 2nd Year teachers Appraisals.
